## What Flashcard Hero does

Flashcard Hero lets you write cards with more than a few words on them, with images, lists and text formatting, and group them into topics.

You study by covering the answer, by multiple choice tests built from your cards, or with spaced repetition in the Leitner box system, and you can pick out only the difficult cards.

Decks sync through iCloud Drive with the Mac app, and teachers can use the iPhone as a remote for study mode on a projected Mac.

## Who Flashcard Hero suits

- Students who memorise structured facts, such as lists and definitions
- Teachers who show flashcards on a projector from a Mac

One limit: Syncing decks with a Mac needs the Flashcard Hero Mac app, which is a separate purchase.

## What Flashcard Hero costs

Free tier: Paid only. The iPhone and iPad app is a one-time purchase on the App Store, with no in-app purchases; the Mac app is a separate purchase.

Current prices: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/flashcard-hero/id650812005 (we do not list prices: makers change them, so check the maker's own page before you buy).
