## What Foodbok does

Foodbok logs meals by barcode scan, food database search, manual entry or a photo of the plate, and counts calories, protein, fat and carbs as you go.

From a meal photo it suggests the ingredients and portion size as a diary entry you can edit before saving.

It also records water, activity, vitamins and medications with reminders, tracks weight and body measurements, saves your own recipes and syncs with Apple Health.
