## What Smart Tasks does

Smart Tasks shows today at the top with the rest of the week below, and each task gets a day, or Whenever, and a colored category.

You add, reorder and delete tasks by drag and drop and swipe actions, view and edit Apple Calendar events, import from Apple Reminders, and use widgets, Siri and Shortcuts.

Tasks and categories can be exported and imported.

## Who Smart Tasks suits

- People who plan by the week rather than by project
- Apple users who want a to-do list without signing up

One limit: Smart Tasks needs the Smart Tasks+ subscription for iCloud syncing.

## What Smart Tasks costs

Free tier: Free plan. Smart Tasks is free to download and use; the optional Smart Tasks+ subscription adds reminders, routines, notes, iCloud sync and unlimited categories.

Current prices: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/smart-tasks-lists-made-easy/id1498145730 (we do not list prices: makers change them, so check the maker's own page before you buy).
