## What Strive does

Strive logs gym workouts set by set with a custom number keyboard, a rest timer that starts when you save a set, and last week's weight and reps shown next to each set.

It shows per-exercise progress charts, bodyweight and measurement trends, total volume and one-rep-max estimates, and lets you share routines and plans with friends.

Workout data stays on the phone, the app works offline, and you can back up or export the full database.
