## What SubTotal does

SubTotal creates PDF invoices, quotes and estimates with client details, line items, taxes, discounts and payment terms, using your logo, colors and fonts.

It keeps a list of invoices you can mark as paid and turns time tracked in WorkingHours into invoice items.

With Pro it creates e-invoices in Factur-X, ZUGFeRD and XRechnung formats and syncs through iCloud, OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or WebDAV.

## Who SubTotal suits

- Freelancers and contractors who bill clients without an accounting system
- Small businesses that need ZUGFeRD, XRechnung or Factur-X e-invoices
- People who already track time in WorkingHours

One limit: The App Store page says SubTotal does not promise that its documents meet the invoicing or tax rules of your country.

## What SubTotal costs

Free tier: Free plan. The App Store page says SubTotal is free to use with no ads or subscription; SubTotal Pro is a one-time purchase per platform with a 7-day free trial.
