What Pennyworth does

Pennyworth records income and expenses you enter yourself, with categories, tags, recurring entries, receipt photos, a money calendar and monthly and category budgets.

Separate books keep personal, household and business records apart, and accounts cover cash, bank accounts, credit cards and loan repayment schedules in more than one currency.

Records are saved on the device first and work offline; it does not import transactions from a bank, and it exports records to CSV.

Who Pennyworth suits

  • Households that want to keep home and business spending in separate books
  • People who want to share one book with a partner or family

One limit. The free app shows ads, and iCloud sync and sharing on iPhone is a paid add-on.

What Pennyworth costs

The core app is free with ads; on iPhone, removing ads, iCloud sync and sharing, and stock tracking are separate one-time purchases.
