2. What the site is and editorial responsibility

CookiesForAI provides free general information, dated measurements and editorial assessment about agent skills, MCP servers and coding tools. It is not legal, financial, security or other professional advice, and a listing is not a security audit. Check the publisher's documentation before installing software.

AI models help research and draft material. Every change goes live only after Alexandru-Daniel Tatu approves it, and he holds editorial responsibility.

3. How lists are ordered

Directory lists of skills, MCP servers and coding tools, including category, publisher and filter pages, are alphabetical by name. In roundups, alternatives and comparisons, items appear in the order of our editorial assessment for the job the page covers. The home page orders the skill repositories we list by their GitHub stars on the date shown there. On a skill page, related skills from other publishers come before skills from the same publisher. The status changes page orders changes newest first, and each monthly "New in" page orders items by the date we first saw them. MCP searches order results by the number of matching search words in the item's name, summary, category and use cases, with ties in alphabetical order. Nobody can pay for a better position.

4. Third-party names and requests

Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners. A listing or reference does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by that owner.

For a correction, rights or removal request, email cookiesforai@gmail.com. Include the CookiesForAI URL, the text or material concerned, what you ask us to do and the evidence supporting your request.

5. Content, data licence and text and data mining

To the extent we hold copyright, database rights or other licensable rights in files under /data, we license those rights under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). The licence does not cover third-party names, marks, text or code, personal rights, or facts that no exclusive right protects. Other site content is not under that licence.

We have not reserved text and data mining under § 44b (3) UrhG. Reading and indexing are welcome. Republishing articles requires our permission or a legal exception. Pages are offered as Markdown except the legal pages: Impressum, Privacy Policy and Terms.

6. MCP endpoint fair use

The MCP endpoint is read-only and has no service level. We may apply reasonable limits. You must not use it or another part of the site to:

  • disrupt, overload, degrade or interfere with the service or another user's access;
  • bypass or defeat security controls, access controls or technical limits;
  • probe for vulnerabilities without prior written permission;
  • introduce malware, malicious payloads or commands intended to cause unintended execution;
  • obtain access to non-public systems or data;
  • pass off requests as coming from our own monitoring;
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights; or
  • carry out unlawful activity.

We may limit or block abusive traffic.

7. Liability

We give no separate guarantee that the site's content, data or endpoint is complete or available. Statutory liability applies unchanged.

8. Changes
